Guidelines for Academic Staff
The licence for using copyright materials (part VB of the Copyright Act) permits the digitising of print and graphic materials. However there are limits on how much you can copy or communicate under the licence. Failure to comply with copyright limits and other obligations may result in infringement. This exposes the University and you to litigation.
